- solved a problem with OperationExecutionUpdate in Javascript where a field and a function had the same name and therefore one was overwriting the other
- refactored OperationExecutionStore a little (OperationExecutionStore no longer implements Runnable)
- add logging to OperationExecutionEmailNotifier
