- adaption to the new CASAVA 1.8.2 which requires six nucleotides long barcodes
- handle non standard-ASCII chars in 'external sample name' gracefully by replacing them with an underscore
- if no reference genome is handled properly

it connects to openBIS and creates an eland-alignment file  ( config.txt ) according the meta data in openBIS.
Usage: java -jar GetSampleProperties.jar <server> <FlowCell>
