SSDM-10927 : Dockerized Jenkins - identify and configure missing projects - modify the test as thread scheduling seems to be different on JDK11 compared to JDK8 (on JDK11 one download thread may execute twice before the other gets a chance to execute at all, therefore we might not always get 3 failed calls and logs)
