BIS-604 / SP-1211: ELN UI - Hierarchical View - Several Improvements

1. New hi-res icons on the hierarchical view, now when zooming the don't look awful.
2. Added hierarchical view button for the sample edit/view form and inspector.
3. When using the sample edit/view form the help for the code is not displayed.
4. After creating/updating a sample the view is automatically updated to show the sample table.
