SSDM-3617: ResetArchivePendingTask: make use of present-in-archive flag in recently extended listPhysicalDataSetsByArchivingStatus() method.
DataSetArchiverOrphanFinderTask: Less verbose in info logs. MailClient provided by ServiceProvider. Mail text improved.
