Fix method incNumberOfHyperRows() when the capacity was 0 and method size()...

Fix method incNumberOfHyperRows() when the capacity was 0 and method size() when there where unused hyper-rows.
Add method capacity() to find the current capacity.
Make method incNumberOfHyperRows() and decNumberOfHyperRows() return the new number of hyper rows.
