[LMS-414] 

add: - 'PathHandlerAdapter' and 'DirectoryScannedStore' (extracted from 'DirectoryScanningTimerTask').
- Possibility to add/remove 'ChangeListener' to/from 'WatermarkWatcher'.
- Watermark related 'ISelfTestable' implementation for ETL server.
change: - 'WatermarkWatcher' implements 'Runnable'.
