SP-610, BIS-370: Credentials as an alternative to user/password added.... 

SP-610, BIS-370: Credentials as an alternative to user/password added. Preference page for openBIS URLs introduced. Text field for URL replaced by combo box populated with URLs defined on this preference page. Source folder sourceEclipse/java introduced. All classes depending on Eclipse plugin classes are moved there in order to build with ANT successfully.
