SP-351, BIS-235: ICommonService.addVocabularyTerms(),... 

SP-351, BIS-235: ICommonService.addVocabularyTerms(), ICommonClientService.addVocabularyTerms(), IVocabulrayBO.addNewTerms() modified in order to add full VocabularyTerm instances instead of only codes. Three new methods added to IMasterDataRegistrationTransaction. Bug concerning ordinal order in registration of terms fixed. Functionality full implemented but to tested.
