Make MDAbstractArray an Iterable<ArrayEntry>. 

Add methods computeReverseIndex(), numberOfHyperRows().
Add methods getAsObject(int) and setToObject(T, int) (1D, i.e.linear index).
Make computeIndex() methods public.
