SP-104 / BIS-64 and SP-132 / BIS-82 - Registration and edit forms improvements (initial implementation):
- asking for confirmation when closing a tab with a dirty form
- asking for confirmation when saving an unchanged form
- giving a user feedback whether the form is dirty or not
