I think one should discuss metrics before you run hyper parameter optimization!?
Why? We only use accuracy in pipelines script (so it's even confusing to introduce other metrics and go back to accuracy), and we already do manual grid searches in scripts before, just w/o preprocessing.
@mikolajr @schmittu We need to take a decision on this today so that Mik knows what he has to prepare and talk about on day 1. As said before, I don't have strong opinions on this. Just the metrics part is shorter so we could finish it on day 1 and start fresh with the pipelines on day 2. But if you strongly want to do pipelines before, I am fine.
