Command line tests

Hi Uwe,

here is that merge request. Not all tests pass yet. I will fix up regression test outputs once you have made the deletion of meta_data_history possible. I will also add tests for deletion reference measurements.

Additional remarks:

  • deleting entities that have no affects on signals do not show what will be deleted (reference measurements, meta data)
  • deleting entities offers to delete meta_data_history -> causes attribute - error
