This repository contains the components necessary to integrate a JupyterHub installation with openBIS.

The server part of the jupyter-openbis-extension and jupyterlab-openbis notebook extension. Uses pyBIS internally to communicate with openBIS. Communicates with the notebook extensions via the tornado webserver.
