SSDM-11345 : switchaai authentication on Empa JupyterHub server - set 'configurable-http-proxy' version to 4.3.2 as 4.4.0 already requires a newer version of node.js, otherwise it fails with the following error at container startup (node.js 6 does not know what JS 'async' is):
